I am 60, have MS, am an avid cook, love making candles (soy) and watching the endless parade of Nature outside my home. I treat the MS with supplements and LDN, I do not use any of the C.R.A.B. MS meds, we don't get along well. I was married for 13 years, we were together for 15. We are now divorced. Sad, that. I do still love him, but ONLY as the father of my baby. Better to keep it civil, hurts the child(ren) less that way, but is oh-so-hard to do sometimes.

Ok, well...

I took Rob to court, and we now have 50/50 custody, with a soon-to-be-appointed guardian ad litem. We have him week on/week off, with the "exchange" to be held here, at my apartment, every Sat at noon. They MUST have him here by Noon on Sat the 27th. And he *must* have contact with me tomorrow (Christmas day). Apparently they will open gifts then head out for here. I fear they are cutting it waaay too close, considering the weather. It has been snowing here for most of the last 2 days and there was a terrible accident (multi car) on one of the roads they must take to get here. I pray for their safety.
When Robbin called today he said Mom, I have been missing you for OVER TWO MONTHS (he almost shouted it). I have been crying almost all day, I just miss him SO much, this is the first Christmas in his whole life that he has not been with me. Tomorrow will probably also be hard. I thought I'd be able to get through it better, but I am an emotional mess. Just from missing my Robbin so much. Rob I don't miss. At all. She can have him, with my blessing. Just leave MY SON with ME and stop fritzing around with his life, his sense of security and his emotions! I'll be better when I can hug him again. I have some awesome things for him under the tree!!! He will be one happy camper! And so will I, because he will be HERE, where he belongs.
Merry Christmas, Blessed Yule, Happy Chanukah and Joyous Kwanzaa...whatever, whereever and however you celebrate the Holy-Days, be happy, and if you have your family around you, Know how Blessed you are. And Never, Ever, forget it.
